Welcome to Next-NP, an online nurse practitioner board review course designed to support Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) candidates in preparing for their certification exams.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Next-NP website and any content, materials, services, or products provided through the platform. By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the Next-NP course or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the site.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are a student, graduate, or practicing nurse preparing for board certification.

  • You are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

2. License of Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Next-NP course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

You may not:

  • Share your login with others

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publish any course content

  • Use the materials to create a competing product or service

Violation of this license may result in termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

All course videos, documents, written content, graphics, branding, and other materials are the intellectual property of Next-NP and/or its creator. These materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Access

  • Access to the course is granted upon full payment.

  • Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional policy.

  • You will have access to the course materials for the access period stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 6 months, 12 months).

5. No Medical or Legal Advice

The content provided by Next-NP is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice, clinical judgment, or legal guidance. Always refer to official guidelines and consult qualified professionals when making clinical decisions.

6. Exam Disclaimer

Next-NP is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or any licensing authority.

We do not guarantee that use of our course will result in a passing score on certification exams. Your success depends on many factors including study habits, prior knowledge, and individual effort.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

  • Disrupt the operation of the site or compromise security

  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or the course creator

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these rules.
